Plans & Billing FAQs

How much does it cost to start a fund?

RawFunds charges members a monthly subscription for access to the platform along with the use of all the platform tools. Additionally, you will need to form an LLC for your real estate fund. You can either form the LLC on your own and upload the necessary documents onto your fund page or we can form the LLC for you. The cost depends on the state in which you would like to have your LLC formed.

What's the RawFunds refund policy?

RawFunds wants to ensure we are the right fit for all members of our community. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of signing up for a membership, we'll refund you 100% of your money, minus any LLC filing fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.

Does it cost extra to add members to my fund?

No. There is no additional cost to add members to your fund. Each member is responsible for paying their own subscription fee.
