Program Overview
- You must be approved to join the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
- Upon approval, you will be provided a unique affiliate link to promote the Website.
- You will earn a commission on any qualifying sales generated through your affiliate link, per the Commission Rate outlined in your dashboard.

Affiliate Obligations
- You are responsible for ensuring all marketing efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not engage in cookie stuffing, cloaking, or any other deceptive tactics.

Commissions
- Commissions are only earned on qualifying sales tracked through your affiliate link.
- Returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions are deducted from commission totals.
- Commission rates are subject to change at our discretion.
- Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal on all amounts over $50.

Term and Termination
- The Terms commence once you are approved and remain in effect until terminated.
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause.
- Upon termination, we may withhold final commission payment for a period to ensure no returns or chargebacks.

Other Terms
- You may not transfer or assign the agreement without our prior written consent.
- We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of new terms.
- The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
