Partner agents represent RawFunds (the principal/buyer) in the MLS purchase.
You are not representing the end-buyer as your client inside the RawFunds program.
Your job is execution: showings, offers, negotiation, contract-to-close — clean and professional.

If they qualify, we’ll run the process and you may be able to handle the MLS purchase side with us (based on market coverage and availability).

Compensation (Shared After Approval)

There are two compensation tracks:

one for RawFunds-sourced buyers
one for agent-sourced buyers

Details are shared after you apply and are accepted into the pool.
