The Role: You Represent RawFunds

Let’s keep it 100% clear:

  • Partner agents represent RawFunds (the principal/buyer) in the MLS purchase.

  • You are not representing the end-buyer as your client inside the RawFunds program.

  • Your job is execution: showings, offers, negotiation, contract-to-close — clean and professional.

Two Ways You Win With Us

1) We Send You Qualified Buyers

We generate buyer demand and we screen people before they hit you.

By the time you’re showing a home, you’re not dealing with a random tire-kicker — you’re dealing with someone who’s already been through steps and is closer to “ready” than a normal lead.

2) You Bring a Buyer (Optional)

Got a buyer who keeps getting denied by banks? Send them through RawFunds.

If they qualify, we’ll run the process and you may be able to handle the MLS purchase side with us (based on market coverage and availability).

How Assignments Work (No Phone Calls)

We don’t do phone tag. We don’t do “relationship manager” stuff.
We run this like ops.

  • Opportunities drop into our partner channel

  • You claim the assignment

  • You execute with speed and professionalism

  • We track performance and keep it moving

Compensation (Shared After Approval)

There are two compensation tracks:

  • one for RawFunds-sourced buyers

  • one for agent-sourced buyers

Details are shared after you apply and are accepted into the pool.

Why? Because our buyers are not random internet leads — by the time you’re involved, we’ve already done work to qualify the opportunity and reduce fallout.

Gamification (Coming Soon)

We’re building a system that rewards the people who help grow the movement — not just the closers.

That means you’ll earn points and priority access for:

  • Fast claim speed + reliable follow-through

  • Show-up rate + contract-to-close execution
